Day 80: Steak-All-You-Can Market Cafe at Hyatt Regency

Share It Please

A friend of mine, Joei (check out her blog here), invited the Snipe barkada to avail of this awesome treat from Deal Grocer. It is a discounted steak-all-you-can promo. A certified foodie, Joei always knows where to have good eats; to quote another friend who also loves eating: "Joei and T - masarap sila kumain, ako marami lang."

Market Cafe is located at the 3F of Hyatt Regency --

Coincidentally, this day (March 20) was the International Day of Happiness. My day could have not gone any better than spending it with good ol' friends and awesome food.

Now, going to the food line -- First stop, the Carving Station. To start off -- prime rib and roast pork.

I think the husband finished off some one good kilogram of meat. This is the variety of meat available -- lamb, tenderloin, sirloin, chicken. Everything is raw. You have to go to Grilling Station to have your selections cooked.

This is the Seafood Section --

 The Salad Section --

The Oriental <and Korean, if I remember right> Section --

 The Japanese Section --

The Cheese Station which could no more refilling, hehe --

 The Bread Section --

The Fondue Section --  (the marshmallows were really gummy, husband had a hard time "poking" them)

The Dessert Station -- this is an awesome find. They have all the desserts you can imagine. There are even some kept at the chillers.

Dessert Station also features a Halo-Halo Bar --

An Ice Cream Bar (which featured homemade ice cream, as they said) --

I liked the coffee variant so much! Husband gobbled four variants -- ube, cheese, mango and vanilla. He said he liked vanilla the most. (A no-brainer for him, hahaha).

A friend brought to the table some pizza and pasta so there must have been an Italian section as well. Hahaha, I have not even touched that area since there were just so many choices!

Husband got the most out of this buffet, I think.

On the way home, he was getting meat sweats already. Hahaha.Since I am not really a big eater (I sample just eat a little bit of everything because I have a realllyyy, incredulously small stomach), I had to ask him if it was sulit and he just burped a reply. I think that answered my question.

Note: Check out Deal Grocer for this promotion. We paid PHP1,250 per head for this meal. All shots taken by Canon PowerShot N.
